Clean, comfortable hotel with great location near trains and attractions. Friendly staff, attached restaurant with tasty boutique beers. All rooms have a smart phone with Google Maps and 4G for exploring the city.

Felt super comfortable, no complaints whatsoever.

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Jessy and Joaana. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. The shower in the room was amazing and the laundry facilities were convenient and reasonably priced. Close to 24-hour food court and shopping malls.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Ji Hotel Orchard. The location was fantastic, just off Orchard Road and close to public transportation. The room was clean and comfortable, exceeding our expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly in assisting us with figuring out the MRT routes. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

We loved how close the hotel was to the Dhoby Ghaut MRT station, allowing us easy access to transportation. Additionally, the hotel's location near Orchard Road made shopping and exploring this vibrant area incredibly convenient. The cleanliness of the room was superb, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The Ji Hotel Orchard Singapore is conveniently located very close to the subway station Dhoby Ghaut, which is the cross of 3 subway lines. It is also just outside the Dhoby Ghaut MRT station, providing easy access to the city. Additionally, the hotel is close to Orchard Road, a popular shopping area.

The hotel does not have a grand lobby, pool, or gym, which may be a drawback for some guests.

Our stay at Ji Hotel Orchard was fantastic! The location is perfect, with shopping malls and the MRT just a short walk away. The room was clean and spacious, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated their willingness to accommodate our request for a room change. The limited breakfast options, which could have been more varied. Another drawback was the smaller size of the bathroom, especially with the sink and mirror located inside the room itself.

The service was amazing, from the friendly staff at the front desk, housekeeping, and management, who gave great advice on local attractions. The hotel even provided a free 'travel buddy' smart phone which was very helpful, especially for getting around the city.

The room was spacious and had a lot of windows, which made it bright and airy. the amenities provided were adequate for my needs. the hotel's location was fantastic, being only a short walk from the MRT station and a couple of stations away from Orchard Road.

The thermostat in the room was not functioning properly. It kept automatically changing the temperature to 20 degrees, regardless of my adjustments.
